AT&T - Responsive Mobile

What do you do when a legacy desktop application is non-responsive and new users must register via mobile? When I was asked to lead this design effort, I knew we had to think BIG to translate a colossal platform into ‘mouse-sized’ mobile experiences. It was incredibly rewarding to create the first mobile screen templates for this platform and see my designs adopted and extended by other team members.

This project demanded strong ownership and the ability to simplify non-native functionality for a truly mobile-first platform.

Customers often spend a significant amount of time managing the logistics and organization of their vendor contracts. Our goal was to design a customer-facing eSign portal that not only enables users to sign pending contracts but also view, retrieve, and organize executed contracts—all within a centralized, easy-to-use platform.
